Police Declare Obuasi NDC Youth Wanted

The police, has declared some alleged National Democratic Congress (NDC) youth wanted for threatening violence on the Chairperson of the Electoral Commission (EC), Jean Mensa.

The youth, identified as NDC Youth of Obuasi in the Ashanti Region among others, had claimed they would crash anyone that tries to steals or refuses to declare the December general election in favour of the NDC and its flagbearer, John Dramani Mahama.

In a video which went viral on the internet, the young men and women, clad in NDC T-shirt and paraphernalia, threatened mayhem on Election Day, if the poll does not go in their favour.

While they expressed confidence and a resounding victory for the NDC, the youth, indicated the election will be declared in their homes.

They stressed, they are prepared for any eventuality and that anyone that will try to steal the election, will not live to see the outcome of the election.

They warned the EC Chair to be fair and transparent, to avoid any chaos or attacks on her life, adding they will crash her if she dares to try to steal the election and afterwards abscond outside the country.

According to the youth, they will be waiting impatiently at the Kotoka International Airport (KIA) and ensure her plans are curtailed.

“Yes, we have met here as NDC youth Obuasi branch. We are prepared for 2024 election. We know even if EC declares or not as NDC we have won the seat. EC, we are warning you, the things you are doing if you are ready, we are more prepared. We have said our goodbyes before coming so we are saying if we do not come back, no one should ask about us but the things you are doing we shall all declare the election in our homes.

Your police and soldiers can’t help. If you make any mistake we will use your body as chichinga. December 7 we shall declare ourselves, we have even declared already. There is no party in Ghana aside NDC and we have won. Akufo-Addo and Bawunia can do his worst.

They are no match. We have taken the seat.  Don’t make any mistake, whether you agree or not, we are coming to power. If you joke your head will be sacrificed. If she thinks she can run away from the country, we will be at the airport when she gets there you can’t enter, we shall behead you. EC, if you toy with us, we shall chase bullets with stones. This is the last warning”, they said in turns.
